Thursday Jan 1   New Year’s Greetings to All!  And a huge thank you to every one of you.  Your support of the Food Bank, and of First United Church in Vancouver has been amazing. This church in the downtown eastside of Vancouver answers the call to serve a very difficult and needy community.  We were asked this year to request cash donations, as this church is challenged by the need to provide a wide variety of services.  We were happy to accept and forwarded your donations to First United Church.   Thank you for your unfailing generosity.   Once again this community has shown itself to be so generous and caring.
